They thaw John Spartan, the man who caught Simon the first time and ask him to bring Simon in.
Malcolm X: This movie chronicles the life African America leader Malcolm X. He was a controversial leader of the black movement in the 1950’s and 1960’s. He became a Muslim, and then a Muslim leader He was eventually assassinated in New York in 1965.
The Pursuit Of Happiness: An absolutely incredible true story about Chris Gardener, a man struggling to make ends meet for his family. His wife leaves, and he is left out on the streets with his son, who is only five years old. With incredible courage and determination he gets an internship at a famous stock brokerage firm. He valiantly fights through all the difficulties, cares for his son, and hopes to land the job that can turn things around for him.
The Vow: (2001) C-l24 Nevada detective, on the night of his retirement, finds that he is engaged in the case of a little gal’s murder and vows to her parents that he can bring the murderer to due process. Another awesome Nicholson acting job anchors this fine-tuned film, which sidesteps recipe in favor of nuance. The Vow is based on the novel by Friedrich Durrenmatt. Cast includes Jack Nicholson, Robin Wright Penn, Benicio Del Toro, Vanessa Redgrave, Tom Noonan, Patricia ClllIkson, Michael O’Keefe, Aaron Eckhart, Costas Mandylor, Helen Mirren, Mickey Rourke, and Sam Shepard. Donnie Brasco: The absolutely unbelievable true story of Joe Pistone, the first cop to fully infiltrate the mafia in the US. He assumes the name Donnie Brasco, a jewel man. He is shut off from his family for years, must participate in criminal acts, and every time he meets with the bosses feels he could have been figured out, and is going to be killed.
Casper: Casper is a friendly ghost that lives in a haunted house, Whipstaff Manor. The owner of Whipstaff Manor has sent Dr. Harvey, who is accompanied by his daughter Kat, to remove all the ghosts from the house, so she can recover the treasure that is supposedly in the old manor. What will be poor Casper’s fate?
Mr. Baseball: Jack Elliot was one of baseball’s true superstars. He has seen his best days, and the Yankees have the next superstar waiting in the wings. They make the decision, and trade their former star away. To make things worse, they trade him to Japan.
The Village: Set in the 19th century, people live in a seemingly wonderful little village, but there is a problem. There is a race of ‘creatures’ that lives surrounding the village. No one inside the village dares to go outside the city. One person, Lucious Hunt, has a strong urge to see what is out there. Eventually the world outside the village is exposed, and chaos ensues.
